Michael joined ION in 2023 and is responsible for Event Driven and Special Situations research. Prior to joining ION, he was Portfolio Manager of Event Driven Equities at Davidson Kempner Capital Management and Cardo Capital Management, where he focused on Merger Arbitrage & Event Driven, Long/Short investments. Michael graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business.
