Roni joined ION in 2018 and is responsible for overseeing the research function and conducting fundamental investment research, primarily in the Banking, Energy and Telecom sectors. Prior to joining ION, Roni worked as a sell-side equity analyst with several investment banks including Oscar Gruss, ING, UBS and Excellence Nessua. Roni’s coverage focused on Israeli and related equities and encompassed a range of sectors including TMT, Chemicals, Energy, Financials, and other. He graduated from the George Washington University in Washington DC with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance (Magna Cum Laude), and also has an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University.
